Restricting Fluid Homepage access by device type

Hello all,

Our users want to find out if there is an option to restrict a Fluid Homepage to be accessible only from Mobile device but not from a PC. We want to restrict Mobile Inventory home page in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, PeopleTools 8.56.23 to be available only from a user's cell phone (small form factor) but available when the user accesses PeopleSoft PIA from a PC. Is this even possible?
