How to make uniform naming format on 'From' field provided on Timecards and other notifications

As per the business requirement the naming format/signature provided on 'FROM' clause/field of the workflow notifications (I mean the standard ones: On Time card notification, Scorecards, and other notifications) are different, So they want to make it uniform in order to avoid confusion. For example Some employees get a notification with First Name + Middle Name + Last Name on From field (a), while others get like Last Name, First Name (a).

a. Yosef Tesefaye Gebeyehu = First Name + Middle Name + Last Name

b. Korsa, Getinet = Last Name, First Name

The requirement is to make From field on Workflow notifications to be displayed as First Name + Middle Name + Last Name for all employees.
