Access BI Publisher Report via link on workcenter or nav collection

Goal: Add a link/url to a workcenter and or nav collection to directly to a BI Publisher report link a query. We currently have reports that allow users to click a url and the query will run. Looking to replicate the samething with a Bi Publisher rpt.

Any ideas how this is done. Any Generic URL / Portal URL logic?  LIke this for a query: 

q/?ICAction=ICQryNameURL=PUBLIC.MCS_MSS_DIRECT_REPORT_LICENSE

I would like this to work like if the user clicked on the View Report under the Query Report Viewer
