Elasticsearch Firewall rules

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

I am working on a Peopletools 8.57 upgrade from an old 8.53 version. I need to open up firewall rules on the new servers. Can someone advise what ports Elastic Search uses and also if it uses the PSIGW exclusively for communication? Also is there only connection from PSIGW or does the ES search connect to the Peoplesoft servers in any way?
