Does the "Following" filter work in MOSC Discussions?

In the "Tech" node I can go in the Discussions pages and, for example in "Recent Discussions", I have a filter on top to see discussions in any category or only on categories that I follow.

This filter doesn't seem to work in the "MOSC" node. If I select "All" or "Following" I keep seeing the list of any discussion in the whole "MOSC" node, which make it fairly useless as a view (I follow few categories and that's what I'm interested in). I checked some of the categories I see when "Following" is selected and I'm definitely not following them.
