Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to process birth of child life event

Hi Friends

Am getting issue while processing a birth of a child life event for a particular employee

Error: The status in still in unprocessed only .

We have attached the FF in program enrolment level at rate so can anyone please help why we are getting this error.
