Default Collector

Hello All,

We have a 2 different segment of business running in one instance and collection is implemented for both the business. Now the problem is we can have only one Default collector setup in Advance collection and since its 2 different segment of business, we cannot have any one from business assigned as default collector. And one more thing is collection implemented @ Site level for one segment of business and at account level for another.

Now whenever system is not able to find collector, its assigning them to default collector. Now, I would like to know is there any other way to tackle this Default collector scenario? We have tried assigning default collector profile option @ responsibility level, but whenever the workflow program runs from sysadmin, it takes the value from Site level.
