Unable to generate a dunning letter

Hello,

I have created a dunning plan in the test instance at the Account Level and have linked it with the Collection aging bucket and I am unsuccessful in generated a Dunning Letter. I receive Number of record(s) processed : 0, from the output of Send Dunning.

 

Steps taken;

·        I have setup the collections checklist for Dunning Plan and have selected all generic templates, (Doc ID 282798.1)

·        I have followed the Overdue Method Dunning Plan Setup (Doc ID 1542067.1)

o  I have ran the scoring engine accordingly to step 7;

o  Scoring are set for customers and status are also showing as delinquent;

·        I then ran the IEX: Send Dunning;
