1099-NEC for Tax Year 2020

1099-NEC capability was supposed to be included in PUM 36 upgrade. I have tested, but can find no update involving that application. Oracle says that they intend to roll out a new patch in November.

EAP WTHD20: Will the New 1099-NEC Copy B Form be Supported for Fiscal Year 2020 Reporting? (Doc ID 2592586.1) is where I found this information.

Are you aware of this Patch, and other Patches that might be coming before the end of the year? Already we have very little lead time, and we are getting nervous about proper implementation. Could you please share what you know about the Patch and plans for implementation? What preparations are being made prior to the Patch?
