Whos name should appear on approval history when I delegate workflow via manage Proxy

We are in the process of upgrading to EBS12.2.8 and have realized that the users can not delegate directly from their worklist and that we have to do so using manage proxies.

However, it appears that when I delegate to another user and they approve on my behalf the workflow notification is stamped as being approved by me not the actual approver of the notification Is this intended functionality?

Are there any reports available that will tell me who approved specific notifications on another users behalf.
