Is the "BI Publisher (MOSC)" category only for EBS content or BI Publisher in general?

A question about categories.

I found the "BI Publisher (MOSC)" as a child category of "ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE (MOSC)".

BI Publisher (a tool for pixel-perfect reports) is available as standalone product and is also installed by default with OBIEE. It is also used as reporting tool for other products like EBS.

Does that mean that it's a category only for EBS related content? In this case maybe a rename to "BI Publisher - EBS (MOSC)" would be more explicit?

Or is it about any topic related to BI Publisher? In this case wouldn't it fit better somewhere else in the hierarchy of categories? Maybe even as a child category of "Business Intelligence (MOSC)" ?
