Creating a SQL table in Application designer

Dear All

we are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT 8.53 image 0, successfully created two new fields in the stage environment of ours added them in the record as well but unable to save the record and found my self on the following screen when trying to save the record

There's no option available other than <blank> at the available space name DB Name while the options available on platforms are

Tried each but unable to get any value other than blank in available space name DB Name and thus unable to save the record with following explanation at end:

At backend we are using SQL Server 2012. Kindly guide how to build the record.
