Automatic Work Item Resource assignment
Hello All,
I want to know how the resource is being assigned for automatic work item. In the setup, we have not defined any skills for our automatic work item. Also, in CRM, we have created a group that has both collection Manager and Collection Agent assigned to that CRM group and this CRM group is linked @ collector setup.
So at customer level, there is a collector assigned who is a collection Agent. But when the Automatic work item (which is Email) is due, its being assigned to collection manager from the group.
So can you guide how to assign the automatic work item to Agent or Manager based on the collector assigned @ customer level?
