PeopleSoft FSCM Image 36 - How to Turn on Data Masking

Hello,

In the FSCM Image 35 highlights, it was mentioned that Data Masking Using Page and Field Configurator is available. We're looking at Image 36 and Image 37 and I don't see the data masking options. I have explored so many navigations and did a lot of internet searches and I am unable to figure out how to turn on the data masking in FSCM.

Can someone help me find where to turn data masking on in FSCM?
