Manager Disable Direct Report's application account in OIM

Hello,

I was testing 'manager disable direct report's application account' and observed that the disable button was not showing up. But when I login as xelsysadmin, I can see the disable button and the remove button is not greyed out after i click on user's application account.

I tested the same in lower environment again, the button is showing for manager to disable the app account. I'm not sure if I missed any configuration as usually the disable/enable/remove buttons are there without doing any extra setups.

Can I get some advice or help here? Thank you.
