PeopleSoft Migration from Windows to Linux

Hello, I am asking for PeopleSoft 8.53 Migration from Windows to the latest version of Linux, latest weblogic/JDK, the Web server and App Server are currently running on different windows servers. Could you please help on the proper way to make this Migration.? Also if any official notes? Or this is not possible to do the weblogic upgrade on the fly? Thanks.
