Can I embed custom help text on fluid pivots?

I'm developing some pivot charts based on PS queries and would like to give some details (exceptions etc) about the data selected for the end users when they view the charts in vanilla fluid component (PTPG_NUI).

Is there a delivered option to show such details above the charts?
