[OAM 12C] Trying to get OAM to connect/send with client-authenticated SSL (for federation)

Hi,

Our OAM is federated with several IdP partners, and for one of them they require that we connect to their IdP using client-authenticated SSL, where our OAM (the "SP") connects using 2-way/client-authenticated SSL and presents one of our certificates to their IdP server, so that they have an additional security layer.

We have this working in some of our environments, where our OAM is OAM 11g, but we are moving to OAM 12C and with new OAM 12C environment, we cannot get the (the client-authenticated SSL connection) to work.

Has anyone been able to do this on their OAM 12C environments?
