Trying to Install PeopleSoft FSCM PUM Image 37 to Windows 10 64bit, and getting error

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

I am hitting the error listed below when trying to install this image. Any idea what might be causing this? Not sure if the log file will help but I am including just a section below.
