Excel upload template with Single Payment Supplier Information - PSoft 9.2

We want to utilize the Single Payment Supplier functionality, and due to high voucher volumes would like to load using the Excel Template. However, the delivered template does not include the VCHR_VNDR_STG record.

Does anyone have a customized version of the template for PeopleSoft 9.2 which has added this Record?
