dataguard between my database primary and standby I have a difference 148 arc ORA-16854

Hello Gurus,

I am i version 12.2.0. i have a dataguard and my synchro do not work then i do not know why ?

dgmgrl> show database verbose 'DBUVE510_Server

ORA-16854: apply lag could not be determined

ORA-16856: transport lag could not be determined

See below my test and my error ::
