How do I set a PS Query Prompt Default for Date in Relation to Current Date?

In PS Query Manager, I know I can set a query date prompt to default to the current date by entering '% Date' in the Default Value box on the prompt. However, I actually have a need to set the default to the current date + 11 days. The default will be used for scheduling the query and I also want it to be available to run ad-hoc and select a date. When I enter '%Date+11', I receive the error message: Invalid Prompt Default Value (139,597).

We are on PeopleTools 8.57.05

Can someone let me know if this is possible, and if so, the correct default value to use? Thank you!
