Excel to CI tool error after click on new template [under add in] - sendSOAPRequest_GetCIShape

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

I was testing on my local machine with Excel to CI utility. After entering the connect information, I clicked on the template tab and click on add in. After that clicked on the new template and added username/password and CI name.

Then I am getting the following error. Could you please help me what I am doing incorrect?
