Eligible transactions are not picked up in IEX Send dunning program and showing error in report

Ran 'IEX send dunning for delinquent customers' program for all customers (No range given in parameters). Report completed with warning status. Verified the output and found that for one customer showing error 'Sending process failed: XML data generation failed for additional query'. Where as for that customer past due transaction are available with Delinquent status and Dunning flag enabled, Valid mail ID are there. Why this specific customer transactions are not picked and got this error?

Dunning level is - Account level and R12 version.
