How to install Oracle Workflow Builder in Windows Server 2019

Hi All,

We want to install Oracle Workflow Builder in our citrix server which is running on Windows Server 2019. When the system engineer runs the setup through compatibility mode it crashes automatically.

I have raised an SR and support engineer told me to create an ER for this. I am not find this option, please help me.
