Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9-2 PT 8.53 with zero image update. Kindly refer to the below screenshot for setting approver criteria and let me know is it possible that when Mr. A approves only than the next approver Mr. B (next approver) in the chain gets involved and approves the event. Kindly note I do have understanding of the whole process of approval matrix and have test environment as well to test the suggestions thus a to the point reply will be more beneficial. ( I do understand that if I increase the number of approvers from 1 to 2
