HRMS RUP Patching

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Where a RUP patch provides functionality for a version of oracle say 12.1.1 should that functionality also be in the RUP patch for later versions i.e. 12.1.3 or does it specifically only deliver the functionality for 12.1.1.
