ADF Link is not working on pending approvals page of identity self service

Hi Team,

We are working on to following

1.      Add Custom task flow for showing additional information using hyper link on request page

2.      This task flow deployed as part of the OIM UI customization shared library

3.      Configure OIM to call this task flow when a user go to track requests-> search request and view request details

4.      A View user details link is shown in View request details 

5.      While View user details work fine when accessed from view Request details page, but same does not work when going through Pending approvals or Inbox page.
