Is MOSC mobile friendly?

I use desktop or laptop to look at MOSC mostly, but at times tend to use my android mobile phone too. But the user experience is pathetic. It is slow. The actions feature like '...' Never works. If I want to mark 'following' or 'dismiss' or 'edit' a post etc., I need to click on three dots and it never worked. Also, continuous typing works:but if I want to alter a word that I already typed in say one or two lines above, I can't do immediately. It pauses for 5-6 seconds before responding and cursor appearing where I clicked
