workflow notification directly send to ad_hoc role email address. email address case sensitive.

we are creating wf_local role based on email address. email address is case sensitive. we can mention TesT123@gmail.com


we have two options to send mail, one is existing oracle user account, other option we can create wf_ad_hoc role to send mail. when we create ad-hoc role based on email_address. that email I am mention TesT123@gmail.com. Email is case sensitivity or not. Can you confirm.
