Running PeopleTools 8.58 on Tuxedo 12.2.2.0.0_VS2015

Hi All,

We are starting an upgrade to from PeopleTools 8.57 to 8.58 and, in order to minimise disruption/risk, would like to retain our existing version of Tuxedo 12.2.2.0.0_VS2015.

We notice that the minimum version of Tuxedo required for PeopleTools 8.58 is Tuxedo 12.2.2.0.0_VS2017, which would seem to indicate it is the same version but compiled using a later version of Visual Studio.

Is it possible to run PeopleTools 8.58 on Tuxedo 12.2.2.0.0_VS2015 or do we need to replace the VS2015 version with VS2017?

We attempted a side-by-side install of Tuxedo 12.2.2.0.0_VS2017 but the dpk setup complained about an existing version of Tuxedo being already installed.
