What have you done do MSOC?

The previous MSOC was a bit poor concerning the interface, but at least the navigation was very easy and usability - after all this one of the best tools Oracle can provide - It used to be easy to find what we are looking for.

Now I just can't get or even understand how it works. How we should navigate...

The search... My God... I just can't restrict a search on a single category...

Would it be a good idea, not only for me, for sure, to have something like a tree view with all categories on the left side (just an example). I needed almost an entire day to try to reach this, because after the login, I was "redirected" to a page where not even my messages are present. The same for search. Allow us to perform searches per category.
