RMAN and new era support

in Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC) 2 comments

Hello,

Please tell us about Oracle RMAN. In Japan, the new era support is executed by the "nlt" file and the "lxegen" command. If I take a backup via RMAN in that state and restore via RMAN it to another Oracle database, will the new era support be restored as well? Thank you.
