FSCM PUM PI 037 deployment fails. Starting VM error message E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Deployment FSCM PUM PI 037 deployment fails. Message "Unable to start the PeopleSoft VM [VBOX_8.85.05_SHELL}. Please start the VM manually and continue with the PeopleSoft initialization process from the VM console."

When I start the VM manually I get the following error msg dialog box:
