Certificate import error

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

Hello,

We are getting "Certificute singnature is not valid" when we trying to import new cert on Peoplesoft Digital Certificates Page.

Below Steps which we followed.

  1. Import root and intermediate certf into Peoplesoft through Digital Certificates page.
  2. Generated new CSR using rootCA which imported and send it to CA (Digicert) for certtification
  3. DigiCert sent us new certificate but getting below error while importing in peoplesoft

Anyone has idea about this error
