Is there a way to tell if Patch 12426828 has been applied as instructed in Doc ID 2271366.1?

I would like to apply the new patch discussed in this document (Patch 27238412) but I don't know if the other patch may have been applied by someone else in the past. When I type bsu.sh -version it shows that we are on 3.3.0.0 so that makes me think I don't need Patch 12426828. But I would like clarification to be certain.
