Error while posting a job opening

We are posting a job opening and it results to error with message

HttpTargetConnector:ExternalSystemContactException - The Server is Currently Unable to Handle the Request Due to a Temporary Overloading or Maintenance of the Server. HttpStatusCode Returned : 503

We already followed the below doc but it didn't solve the issue.

E-ES: Exception Caught Integration Gateway - HttpTargetConnector:ExternalSystemContactException - The Server is Currently Unable to Handle the Request Due to a Temporary Overloading or Maintenance of the Server. HttpStatusCode Returned : 503 (158,10723) (Doc ID 2334568.1)

We are using our ES for 4 instances and it was working fine for 1 year and issue started happening from past few days. What could be the cause, please advice!
