Using an ExceltoCi to load PAR location items returns duplicate Key Error

I created a Component Interface to Load the CART_ATTRIB_INV and CART_TEMPL_INV tables when we aquired new hospitals and needing to build numerous PARS with multiple items in a New Business Unit. The ExcelToCi will load the first row but the subsequent rows fail with a duplicate key error. I tried adding the BUSINESS_UNIT and INV_CART_ID to the Child Row with no success. What needs to done to allow the loading of the tables?
