Data type in elements of SAML messages

Good afternoon,

We have an integration with Oracle Access Manager 11gr2 (IDP) and a web application (SP) through Federacion.

My question is: How can I change the format of one of the elements of the SAML message that the IDP sends to the SP. For example:

urn: oasis: names: tc: SAML: 2.0: nameid-format: persistent

to:

urn: oasis: names: tc: SAML: 2.0: nameid-format: unspecified
