AWE Workflow Notification - Transaction Configuration

Hi, we have journal approvers that work in Central accounting and then approvers scattered over campus. We want the central people to get only a Worklist notification but the non-central people to get an email.

At Enterprise Components - Approvals - Transaction Configuration - Notification, for the Participant Approver - is there any way to use a user list to do this? But I don't want everyone in the user list to get the email, just the approver who was just ad-hoc added....

I don't want to use the User box and uncheck Email user from the central people because then they wouldn't get ANY notifications.
