Change Assistant loss of functionality when not using delivered JRE7

A couple of months ago, PSCA on all the servers it was installed on started not functioning properly using updated JRE and JRE32 installs. We eventually observed that we could get PSCA working if we downgraded to the original JRE delivered with it. It would be broken again if we upgraded to newer Java 7 patches.

The loss of functionality we observed was in the "Step Properties" dialog box with "Copy Database" as the type and then clicking the "Upgrade" button. Instead of all the entries in the "Object Types" being highlighted as they are with the delivered JRE, they were instead unselected and clicking the "Select All" button had no effect.
