Change Assistant and setting up PUM database settings

Hello,

I am currently setting up PUM 36 on the HCM side.  I have the virtual box up and running, database connectivity to the PUM is working too.  When I attempt to create the PUM database and click 'next' it keeps telling me 'Invalid userid/password'.  The userid and password is PS/PS.  It works on the web side without an issue. Has anyone else ran into this issue?  Peopletools 8.58.03 is the change assistant version.
