Oracle ODBC Driver configuration help button does not launch the help file

Hi, After installation of Oracle 12.2, I am trying to configure ODBC using Oracle Driver configuration dialog by selecting corresponding driver. However Oracle Driver configuration dialog  help file is not launching when I click help button of dialog  . . Can anyone please suggest why is it not launching..
