Entity-Type and Operation for Approval Request Event Handler - OIM

Hi Community,

As a business requirement, We need to trigger an Event Handler whenever any approval request is being generated.

I couldn't find any Operation and Entity Type to trigger the Event Handler.

Already tried : entity-type : RequestProfile, RequestTemplate, ApprovalPolicy & operation = CREATE;

Any help would be appreciated!
