How to add another webserver and App server to the exiting PeopleTool HCM environment

Hello, we want to add another webserver and another App server to the existing PeopleTool HCM9.1 environment. The current versions: peopleTool8.53, HCM9.1, do we need to install HCM9.1 on the additional App server

since we just need to add additional App server?
