How do we monitor the P6 CLoud services?

Usually we get a notification from Oracle on Downtime to P6 Cloud - but need a way to monitor the link/s URLs related to the P6 Cloud.

Does any one has experience or ideas on this subject to monitor the P6 SaaSbased solution availability? As there might be unplanned downtimes/and other issues in a planned window not communicated properly.
