Access Policy Approval workflow migration from OIA11g to OIG12c

We're currently doing an Upgrade project from OIM11g and OIA11g to OIG12c. Some of the features - eg: Access Policy Approval workflow, are not supported in OIG12c. We're required to build this as part of the Upgrade.

Has anyone done this before or currently doing it?
