sqc for producing sepa ct xml file out of a paycycle for Ireland

we do not have the financial gateway or cash management - has anyone written a custom sqc to produce an xml file in sepa_ct layout - this is for eft payments for Ireland - does peoplesoft sill not deliver an sepa_ct sqc to use within fin2025 when you want to send the xml file to Dublin Ireland Bank and don't have the financial gateway
