Remove the option to uncheck "Validate Before Import" in GL Journal WebADI

As per Doc ID 790334.1 it is possible to control the default value of the "Validate Before Import" parameter on the GL WebADI journal import in R12. Is it somehow possible to remove the option for the end user to uncheck this parameter? I.e. to force the "Validate Before Import" parameter to Yes always.
