Fluid page closes automatically.

When trying to create an evaluation for an employee from the fluid menu, the action does not run, the fluid page closes automatically and returns to the initial evaluations menu.

After click on the green button, the system returns to this page


This issues only happens with Chrome 85.0.4183.102 (Build oficial) (64 bits).


Has anyone had the same problem?
